TheSeekonk TA-Series Torque Analyzer is for use with hand operated tools only. Not for use with pneumatic or electric powered tools Torque tools which are in regular use need periodic checks to insure their accuracy. Seekonk features a line of bench mounted torque analyzers for this purpose. These analyzers provide a means of quick and economical standardization. All models are guaranteed accurate to within +/- 2% of indicated reading from 20% to 100% of full range. Available with memory needle or Metric/English dial.

The Seekonk SK-TS Torque Screwdriver with Dial Indicator is designed for precise tightening applications. The analog dial measures in inch grams, inch ounces, or inch pounds. These versatile and dependable tools feature precision thrust and lateral bearings which insure accuracy to within +/- 3%. Ideal for use in electronics, medical, communications, aircraft and automotive industries. Dials designed to minimize parallax error. Three interchangeable bits are provided with every tool (slotted, phillips, and 1/4" square drive); which are accommodated in a standard 1/4" integral hexagonal socket. The 3i is designed to work with a wide range of Mark-10 remote force and torque sensors (see page 3). With exclusive Plug & Test technology, all calibration and configuration data is saved within the sensors smart connector, not the indicator, allowing for true interchangeability. In addition, all sensors are fully compatible with the advanced 5i force / torque indicator. The Mark-10 3i Force and Torque Indicator shares its menu structure and most specifications with Series 3 digital force gauges. The sampling rate is 2,000 Hz, producing accurate results under a wide range of test conditions. A backlit graphic LCD displays large characters, and a menu is available to access the gauges features and configurable parameters.The display also features an analog load bar for graphical representation of applied load, as well as set point indicators for pass-fail testing. USB output is provided for data collection purposes. The gauges include MESURTM Lite data acquisition software. MESURTM Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. The Dillon X-C Mechanical Force Gauge with Hardened Ball is available in nine capacities from 50 lb to 25,000 lb or 50 kg to 10,000 kg. Accuracy is 1% of full range.Load is applied against a hardened ball which rotates to maintain vertical alignment as pressure increases. The ball is held in place with a spring clip or retainer. A threaded mounting hole is located opposite the loading ball in the bottom of the beam.Proven accuracy and ruggedness sets our Dillon X-C Mechanical Force Gauge with Hardened Ball apart in the force measurement industry. The "D" shaped deflection beam is the heart of the X-C. The Imada Cedar DI-1M Digital Torque Tester is perfectly suited for on-the-spot calibration of impact drivers and air tools, but will calibrate any type of power driver. These fast response Imada Cedar DI-1M give a digital readout of peak value in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction and also indicate the number of blows for a selected time period from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds. These instruments have an accuracy of 0.5%, 1 LSD and lbf-in/lbf-ft, kgf-cm/kgf-m, or N-cm/N-m units are selectable. RS-232 output, auto zero reset, auto shutoff and low battery indicator complete the set of features. It is powered by an internal NiCad battery or the included AC adapter. Peak, Real Time and Peak Down modes are selectable. Peak mode captures the peak torque achieved during a test. PEAK reading will not change until a higher value is measured. Real Time mode displays the real time transient torque value. Peak down captures the critical first peak value and will not change even if a higher value is subsequently measured. The Imada Cedar DI-1M also provides peak data for SPC (statistical process control) via the RS232 port.

The Mark-10 Torque Tool Tester Series TT02 is a simple and accurate solution for testing manual and electric torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. The Mark-10 TT02 are compact and rugged, suitable for production environments. A universal 3/8 square receptacle accepts common bits and attachments. The Mark-10 Torque Tool Tester Series TT02 captures peak torque in both measurement directions, and also calculates 1st and 2nd peaks, useful for click-type tools. A blazingly fast sampling rate of 7,000 Hz and accuracy of +- 0.3% produce reliable and consistent test results. The Mark-10 TT02 includes a range of sophisticated productivity-enhancing features, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output/zeroing/data storage upon tool slip or click, memory storage for 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators and outputs, and more. Password protection is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to settings and calibration. Series TT02 testers include MESURTMLite data acquisition software. The Series 7 is designed with a number of sophisticated features for the most demanding tension and compression measurement applications, up to 500 lbF (2500 N). The gauges feature 0.1% accuracy and a blazingly fast, industry-leading sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, producing reliable results for extremely quick-action tests. Mark-10 Series 7 gauges include all the functions of Series 5 gauges, with several additional features, including high speed continuous data capture and storage, with memory for up to 5,000 readings, at an acquisition rate of up to 14,000 Hz. The gauges also feature programmable footswitch sequencing, break detection, and 1st / 2nd peak detection. The Mark-10 Series 7 includes a coefficient of friction unit of measurement and user-defined unit of measurement. For productivity enhancement, the gauges also feature automatic data output, data storage, and zeroing functions upon the completion of break detection, averaging, external trigger, and 1st / 2nd peak detection.
